SOMME THOUGHTS
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve seen how quickly this industry moves and how easily people can get lost in it.
What always mattered to me was understanding the whole picture: the person behind the profile, the potential behind the moment, and the long-term behind the day-to-day.
I have always recognised potential early.
It’s how I work, and to be honest, it’s the part of my job I trust the most.
Sometimes the proof comes later. But seeing what could be, before everyone else does, has always guided my decisions.
I’m not interested in quick wins.
I care about direction, stability and growth that actually holds.
And I care about supporting people in a way that helps them grow into themselves, not into something the industry expects.
I make decisions fast, but not impulsively.
My instinct is trained by experience, and my experience is shaped by years of building things from scratch.
I know how to bring structure when it is missing, and clarity when everything feels loud.

SOMME is the result of that journey.
A studio that stays intentionally small to stay close to the people and the work.
A place built on clarity, honesty and long-term thinking.
A place where development is shaped with intention, not urgency.
For me, it has always been about direction rather than speed,
About partnership, not transaction.
About growth that lasts, for the work and for the person behind it.
